Customers ask in the chat where their order is. The chatbot looks it up in your shop, checks e-mail or mobile number and shares status, tracking number and the carrier's current status.

WooCommerce (orders)
1
Open WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API, and click “Add key”. Permission: Read.
2
Copy the consumer key (ck_…) and consumer secret (cs_…).
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click WooCommerce (Orders).
4
Enter your shop's URL (https) and both keys.
What happens: If someone asks “Where is my order?”, the chatbot asks for the order number and, for security, the order's e-mail address – or its mobile number if there is none. Then it shares status, carrier, tracking number with link and, if a carrier is connected, the current status. If the order is still waiting for payment, it sends WooCommerce's “Pay now” link.
i
Good to know: WooCommerce only knows tracking numbers with a tracking plugin (e.g. WooCommerce Shipment Tracking or Advanced Shipment Tracking).
Shopware 6 (orders)
1
In Shopware open Settings, System, Integrations, and create an integration with read access to orders.
2
Copy the access key ID and secret access key.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Shopware (Orders).
4
Enter your shop's URL (https), access key ID and secret.

i
Good to know: Tracking uses the tracking URL of your Shopware shipping method.
Magento 2 (orders)
1
In Magento create an integration under System, Extensions, Integrations with access to orders and shipments, and activate it.
2
Under Stores, Configuration, Services, OAuth allow “OAuth access tokens as standalone bearer tokens” (needed from Magento 2.4.4).
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Magento (Orders).
4
Enter your shop's URL (https) and the access token.

i
Good to know: Magento has no tracking URL – for DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes and UPS Alpheris builds the link itself.
Sendcloud
1
In the Sendcloud panel open Settings, Integrations, and activate “Sendcloud API”.
2
Copy the public key and secret key.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Sendcloud.
What happens: If an order has a tracking number, the chatbot fetches the current status (e.g. “out for delivery, Hamburg, 08:14”) and the expected delivery date. Sendcloud also knows order number, e-mail and phone – without a connected shop system the chatbot finds orders through it.
i
Good to know: DPD, GLS and Hermes, which have no open API themselves, also work through Sendcloud.
DHL
1
Register on developer.dhl.com, create an app and add the “Shipment Tracking – Unified” API.
2
Wait for DHL's approval, then copy the API key.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click DHL.
What happens: If an order has a tracking number, the chatbot fetches the current status (e.g. “out for delivery, Hamburg, 08:14”) and the expected delivery date.
i
Good to know: DHL allows 250 requests a day to start. DHL raises this on request.
AfterShip
1
In AfterShip open Settings, API keys, and create a key.
2
In the dashboard open Integrations and click AfterShip.
What happens: If an order has a tracking number, the chatbot fetches the current status (e.g. “out for delivery, Hamburg, 08:14”) and the expected delivery date. The shipment has to exist in AfterShip.
i
Good to know: AfterShip covers more than 1,000 carriers, including DPD, GLS and Hermes.
UPS
1
Open developer.ups.com, create an app and add the Tracking API.
2
Copy the client ID and client secret.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click UPS.
What happens: If an order has a tracking number, the chatbot fetches the current status (e.g. “out for delivery, Hamburg, 08:14”) and the expected delivery date.
