The chatbot sends your existing payment links when someone wants to pay - never a made-up amount.
On this page
Stripe
1
Create payment links in Stripe for what customers should pay in the chat (e.g. deposit, gift card). Open invoices need no links.
2
Open Developers, API keys, “Create restricted key” with the permissions Payment Links: Read and Invoices: Read.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Stripe.
4
Paste the key (rk_live_…). The panel then shows whether open invoices are on.
What happens: When someone wants to pay, the chatbot sends the matching link - never an amount it made up. If someone writes “I still have an open invoice”, the chatbot asks for the invoice number and, for security, the e-mail address the invoice went to. If the invoice has no e-mail, it asks for the mobile number instead. Only when that matches does it share the amount and due date and send the invoice’s payment link. If the invoice is already paid, it says so.
i
Good to know: After five wrong answers for one invoice, it is locked in the chat for an hour. New links in Stripe? Click “Refresh links” in the panel.
Mollie
1
Create payment links in Mollie – or write your invoices with Mollie Invoicing.
2
Copy your key (live_…) under Developers, API keys.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Mollie.
4
Paste the key. The panel then shows whether open invoices are on.
What happens: Same as Stripe: the chatbot only sends your existing payment links. It sends open invoices from Mollie Invoicing only after the customer gives the invoice number and the invoice's e-mail address (without e-mail: mobile number).
PayPal
1
Open developer.paypal.com, Apps & Credentials, Live, and create an app. It needs the Invoicing feature.
2
Copy the app's client ID and secret.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click PayPal.
4
Enter client ID and secret.
What happens: If someone writes “I still have an open invoice”, the chatbot asks for the invoice number and, for security, the invoice's e-mail address – or its mobile number if no e-mail is on file. Only when that matches does it share the amount and due date and send the link to the invoice. The link is your PayPal invoice's payment link.
i
Good to know: The access is read-only. After five wrong answers for one invoice, it is locked in the chat for an hour.
Square
1
Open developer.squareup.com, create an application and switch to Production.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Square.
What happens: If someone writes “I still have an open invoice”, the chatbot asks for the invoice number and, for security, the invoice's e-mail address – or its mobile number if no e-mail is on file.
