The chatbot offers open slots right in the conversation. The AI decides whether a message is about an appointment - no keywords to maintain.

Calendly
1
Sign in to Calendly and open Integrations and apps, then API and webhooks.
2
Click “Create personal access token”, name it and copy it.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Calendly.
4
Paste the token and click “Connect Calendly”.
What happens: When someone asks for an appointment, the chatbot lists up to six open times in the next seven days. Each time is a link that books exactly that slot in Calendly, with name and email prefilled if the customer gave them in the chat.
i
Good to know: If you have several event types, the chatbot picks the matching one; otherwise it uses the first.
Cal.com
1
In Cal.com open Settings, Developer, API keys.
2
Create a new key (it starts with cal_live_) and copy it.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Cal.com.
4
Paste the key and connect.
What happens: Same as Calendly: open times in the chat, each one a booking link. Hidden event types are never offered.
Acuity Scheduling
1
In Acuity open Integrations, API, and click “Enable”.
2
Copy the user ID and API key.
3
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Acuity Scheduling.
What happens: The chatbot lists open times and links your booking page. Private appointment types stay hidden.
Google Kalender
1
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Google Calendar.
2
Click “Connect Google Calendar” and sign in with Google.
3
Allow calendar access. Alpheris does not get access to your email.
4
Then set appointment length, hours and days.
What happens: The chatbot offers open times from your real calendar (never over busy events, two hours lead time). Once the customer picks one and gives name and email, the chatbot books it and Google sends the invitation.
i
Good to know: A booking only happens if the time is still free at that moment. Only one calendar can be connected at a time.
Outlook-Kalender
1
In the dashboard open Integrations and click Outlook Calendar.
2
Click “Connect Outlook” and sign in with your Microsoft account.
3
Allow calendar access (Calendars.ReadWrite).
4
Set appointment length, hours and days.
What happens: Same as Google Calendar: open times from your Microsoft 365 calendar, booking after confirmation, Outlook sends the invitation.
i
Good to know: Some company accounts require an administrator to approve the app.
